In the NYC area we had quite a severe storm yesterday with
winds that exceeded 50 mph. High winds brought down trees, caused accidents,
knocked out power and even caused buildings to collapse. There was even a tornado watch in
northern New Jersey. Before a storm comes there is quiet and this morning after
the gusty storm there were blue skies as well as peaceful quiet in the area.
This is just how life is
for us. Everything is just hunky dory and then bam we get slammed by a horrific stormy event in our lives. Think
about it. After every disaster that we thought we could not endure we made it!
We survived to have our peace and blue skies.
